“The professional development team is reevaluating how we approach competencies for the staff both inpatient and perioperative staff. We learned that we approach competencies incorrectly and we are going to utilize what we have learned to approach competencies differently.”

“I have been implementing the tools I learned in this program to help partner preceptees with preceptors who match their learning styles. I have also implemented daily debriefing sessions with preceptees at the end of their day and discuss things they though they did well, what they could improve on and what would facilitate their learning.”
